These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gravix Layer platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Platform is currently available through an early access program. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Gravix Layer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any code, data, or content you create, upload, or process through the Platform.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, upload, or process through the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than operating the Platform, unless required by law.
Certain features of the Platform may require payment. Billing terms, pricing, and payment methods will be communicated before any charges apply. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravix Layer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gravix Layer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
